Apparently the cowboys did the old school Landry line set at the end of the game. I must have missed it.

This might be one thing Dallas doesn't need to tap the brakes on. The Saints have a damn good Offensive line. Even on the road they do a great job of keeping Drew on his feet. The main reason they didn't get a sack is Brees' extremely good ability to keep track of his targets. He gets off quick shuttle passes and short throws anytime someone gets near him...
Oh, and WTF was Payton thinking? You are 4th and long and put the ball in Morstead's (the punter) hands instead of your HoF QB? Maybe this game is the humble pie Sean needed....
As for our D, geez I can't figure that one out. We have talent and are pretty healthy. Maybe Rob is just terribly inconsistent. Maybe we need to give Champ Bailey a call..

It's amazing what sticking to the run game does. And it's amazing what a defense looks like when they aren't on the field 40+ minutes per game. Awesome game on both sides of the ball. That was the most complete looking team I've seen in a very long time.

Those all black uniforms should be banned. It makes it damn near impossible to see the ball in that situation.

The Saints never showed up but the Cowboys didn't just chance into a victory. The Saints would have been hard pressed to win this if they had showed up. The Cowboys played a very complete game.

Funny how different it is when they really stay with the run instead of abandon it.
