I was at Costco in Arlington today, and they had some CR Salmon for $8.99/lb again. I bought 10 lbs from ft worth last week and vacuum sealed it.

He even guided David Petzel from Field & Stream, and that dude wouldn't even touch the fish he caught. Apparently he said, "I don't clean anything I catch or kill. That's a disgusting chore, and that's why I pay you. Fish are disgusting." Lolz.
I don't like to touch fish either, but here's what I'll do for you. When I get settled in the mountains I'll run down to a spot we used to go off of the S. Platte River and I'll catch some Salmon for you. I'll work on smoking them properly so I can ship, or you can come up and roll with me.

I'll hit up my two locals tonight. Haven't seen either one with it yet.

Got 3 pounds at Tom Thumb for $8.99/lb. Kroger has it for $12.99/lb and Market Street has it for $13.99/lb. I've got 4 pounds vacuum sealed in the freezer. Love this stuff. Fishing has finished so it will be gone any day now.

I decided to check it out and picked up a filet for $9 a pound last night at Tom Thumb. Never seen such a deep red salmon.

    Delicious.

They are born in fresh water and live most of their lives in the ocean, it'd have to be a big tank. They are farmed but it's not a matter of raising them in a stock pond.
