Those boxes have $8 worth of dog food grade meat each, maximum.

I've bought from those guys twice now. The first time the chicken was actually decent. The steaks were hit or miss...I mean, not a single one was steakhouse quality but with a little time soaking in marinade, they were ok. The second order was horrible. The chicken, once cooked, looked like that bird was 15 years old....just nasty. The steaks were horrible. Believe it or not, I was actually feeding my dog what was left of the second round. As I was grilling up the good stuff from the grocery store, I'd grill up a chicken breast or steak bought from the truck and feed it to him.

Needless to say I won't be buying meat off the truck any more.

True story, one of my childhood friends got hooked into a pretty large gang and he wasn't very good at it. Ended up doing about 10 years of hard time in the PMITA prison. He stopped by my house a month ago selling steaks out of the back of a truck.

In his case I'm sure it's a front and he's looking for places to rob.

I fell for that bs once. Ended up with 3 cases of meat steaks, chicken, pork. It was all terrible, but in only paid $150 for it all.

lots of people must buy from those trucks. i mean that co. has been in bussiness for awhile. just gonna have to try it out. $275 for two variety boxes. dont know if it was a good deal or not.

On a side not, the pork is ok to eat, it just gave me the squirts for a few days. Which I didnt mind, I lost 11lbs and down a pants size
