In Frank's thread about the thread that unravelled the whole thing, it said our intel was kept from Britain & others. It wouldn't surprise me if they had the same supsicions/hunches/details.

It's a miracle how the gubment can get a DNA match in under 12 hours... that's some CSI type shit.

It would be better if the story of killing him/dumping him out like yesterday's trash at sea was a ruse for what's really afoot. Keeping him alive, wringing every last bit of intel out of him... sounds more like our tune to dance to.

Either that or they watch the news, and then don't have to wonder about that. Seeing as how it took us 10 years to "find" the guy, and the accidental way that he was "caught".

    3. ...but no body. I'm not seeing it, but are the terrorists all spun up over this? I would not put it past Obama to make something up or the government overall to do so.

<---Not ready to believe that which can't be substantiated.

We had tons of footage on saddam, but nothing on osama as of yet. Perhaps somebody doesn't trust his photoshop team anymore. I do believe he's dead, but I wouldn't be shocked if he died of natural causes and one of his handlers turned in his corpse for the millions in "dead or alive" money.
The Pentagon said earlier today that video of the funeral processions as well as pictures of the body will most likely be released soon.

That photoshopped picture of him "dead" is over a year old. That's not legit.

The new HMFIC Ayman Al-Zawahiri has been known to wear one. He's really been running the organization for the last few years anyways, I can't wait until we find him.

Disagree. It hinders the pursuit of prosperity when you've got a bunch of people actively trying to kill you.

That and if they found pornography, booze or anything else forbidden by Sharia law it'd make some of his devout followers doubt their beliefs in the "grand shiek".
    Win!
Osama bin Laden had vowed to go down fighting, but in his last moments alive when cornered by elite U.S. troops the master terrorist hid behind one of his wives, White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan said today.

The woman who bin Laden tried to use as a human shield was killed in the U.S. raid, Brennan said. Whether she shielded him willingly is not known.

    ...
As Osama bin Laden came into their line of sight, a Navy SEAL secretly reported back to the White House situation room that he had spotted "Geronimo," using the code name for the operation to kill or capture the world's most wanted terrorist. After a firefight a second coded message was sent: "Geronimo-E KIA." Translated, it meant bin Laden was dead.

I saw it on TV (CNN) the first time. Online was through Al Jazeera.
