    Probably is, during their rainy season. My woman just got back from Rwanda where the temp rarely exceeds 85 and even more rare - below 60. Eastern DRC is pretty temperate and far more green than you would think. Plus they are growing at a pretty damn impressive rate (Rwanda was around 6.5% of GDP).

    From a lot of discussions I've had with people that have lived over there, the American perception of Africa is pretty damn far off base - then again, it's harder to keep tax payers if they know other places offer opportunities outside of the US.

    I'd move to STT. Yes, it's still a US Territory, but I'd be happy enough with sand, warmth, and island culture to not give a shit.

    Probably not. women in Montreal are hotter on average by far. But its toooo cold 7 months out of the year and no knives, mace, weapons thing sucks. Getting taxed out the wazoo too.

    But i wouldn't mind enjoying Filet Mignon 7 days a week....
