The US is in bad shape and for someone to comut out and say he is going to fix everything seems impossible. If Romney wasn't trying to win the other 47%, he would have stuck to his guns when he was asked about that comment instead of trying to turn it around the way he did, either way, it didn't work. Honestly, I'm slowly reading up on Obama and what he's done during his term, slowly reading (busy with work and school) so I'm still learning about what he has done and I don't agree with him 100% but I'm still doing my research. I just started following politics when I heard about the return of the messiah that was goin to make all of our problems go away with magic. So far, hope and change sound way better than Romney's magic policies. What my point was in my last post was that people should educated themselves before they hit the polls. Try to find (even though its hard) an unbiased source and try to get the facts instead of believing everything you're told.

Yep, that's pretty much how I feel too. I wish there would have been a better rep. candidate to run against Obama because it just seems to me the Romney is just telling everybody what they want to hear. I heard him speak at one of his conventions recently (recorded on NPR) and he was just going down a list of problems that currently plague America and he would just add " I'm gonna fix that" and the people were just going nuts!! Nobody stops to think, how exactly is he going to fix these problems. I guess everyone just wants a change and they don't care WHO it is and like I said before, I guess since he's rich, people feel like he is more qualified to better the economy since he knows how to run a business. No matter what party you vote for, I feel that you should never succumb to the appeal to authority fallacy , or accept everything one person says as fact just because said person is an authority figure.....ahhhh hell, I don't know anything....I wish I could claim drunk post....
