He brought in military controllers until they could train guys to fill the spots. He ended up hiring a lot of them back, but the real instigator's never got back in.

This is what a father would do. While a lawsuit may bring some sense of justice, eliminating some jerkoffs that stood in the way of life to prove a point would go further to fill the void that was left inside of a grieving parent.
