    No. Electoral is based on population. Texas has 45 NY 29. The fact that states have. A wiiner take all electoral votes is not the right approach. Of course it wouldnt be in any states interest to do so unless all states would follow suit. This will never happen. So we are stuck with a few states deciding the election for the whole country.

    Oh, and Ovary's Dad. It's so states like NY and Cali with huge populations of liberals don't crash the country over the objection of productive states with lower populations.

    Like your votes matter here in Texas. Your vote here matters more in Nebraska.

    That's what absentee ballots are for. Probably too late to cast one now from overseas. Would probably have to visit the embassy to even try to obtain one at that.

    Check with your local courthouse. I know in Kaufman county you can go to the main courthouse in Kaufman, sub-courthouse in Terrell, or sub-courthouse in Forney.

    Usually during "early voting", not all of the regular polling spots are open. I googled my city and "early voting", and it gave me several options.
