No worries he is not in a wheel chair, he is on 2 prosthetic legs and can take care of himself. But he is not going to start anything. He is taking a photo and showing it to her family along with the address that has been posted all over the internet. He has said he will only point out to her family how disrespectful the act was and leave. No need to prove how bad ass you are by threatening to shove a handicapped guy off of your porch, I believe you are really bad.

I just don't understand how someone can be this disrespectful, I personally visited the tomb of the unknown last year and was so humbled I didn't know how to react. Whatever happens to her excluding physical harm she deserves it.

Fuck her. I hope she gets canned. People need to learn that certain actions have consequences.

yes. She said it was a joke, but left it up for more than a month, through veteran's day. Bad move. Especially when your company is putting up American flags and "We support our Vets" on their page. And you're their money manager.

She's with a company that deals with the disabled. I'll let that sink in. She thinks this is funny, which is public, it makes you wonder how she treats the disabled she works with in private. This is disrespectful and she caught the attention of people who have given limbs, eyesight, blood and years in protecting the Republic by her being a douche at the Tomb. You don't do that. Ever. There's no excuse.

Someone should've walked up and broken that finger. And she still lives at home? That bitch looks 30.

It's going to be interesting. The organization that she works for (and was on a business trip with when she did this) is having their page blown up. Both of her FB pages are locked down. Of course she has the FREEDOM to do this, however Freedom comes with a price. She's learning that right about now

They have her address and facebook listed now for everyone. So far it looks like she still lives with Mommy and Daddy. One of my old soldiers who is a double amputee is printing off this picture and visiting her family tomorrow to let them know about this mess. he lives less than 5 minutes from her.

    She didn't think this out

So seems this person thought this was funny, well it has gone viral and no one is laughing. They are blowing up her workplace as she was on a trip with them when it happened.

Meet Lindsey Stone, a self-proclaimed douchebag. See that picture? She thinks it’s hilarious because she’s being her douche bag self. Of course, she’s at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers, and she thinks that doing what she’s doing is like smoking under a “No Smoking” sign.

This is just us, being the douchebags that we are, challenging authority in general

Whose authority, Lindsey? The folks enforcing the “Silence & Respect” are soldiers. The Tomb is property of the Army, more accurately, the soldiers who are interred there. Of course, the sign is just supposed to remind you of your own proper conduct, the proper conduct you were not taught by your parents, apparently. There is no authority to challenge, really, well, except your upbringing, which by the looks of things is lacking.

Of course, the reason that you think this is funny is because popular culture tells you that the more outrageous you are, the more popular you’ll be. I believe your generation calls it “pushing the envelope” or something. Congratulations, Lindsey, you found the outer edge of the envelope, outside the limits of what we as a civilized society will accept.

Of course, Lindsey’s friends told her that she was wrong, but she left the picture up on her Facebook thingie – right through Veterans’ Day, so she wasn’t chastised quite enough to make her feel any measure of shame for her behavior.

Thanks to JP for the link.
