I'm thinking massive punitive fees. They did this knowing that they edited the tapes. Media needs taught a lesson. And he's going to have to move to an area that no one has seen his face and look over his shoulder for the rest of his life in case the Black Panthers come looking for him as they said they would.

They'll offer him an out of court settlement. I hope he refuses it and not only demands an on air, prime time apology, admission of wrong doing and a ton of money.

Enough to cover his legal expenses for his upcoming trial (and any civil suit that might follow) plus $100,000 just for being assholes sounds adequate to me.
