    Blocking something is taking action against it; and the Senate obviously has no power over the UN. When you don't use the proper words to describe something it makes it look like you don't know what you're talking about. Which might be the case. First that ridiculous all over the map explanation about immigrants last week and now this. The reason I ask your age is you lack either the maturity or education to meaningfully articulate yourself. I guess I have my answer.
