This is more like saying that we don't agree with how the Japanese handled the Fukushima disaster so we are going to occupy Osaka to make sure the same thing doesn't happen there. I don't know whether to find this humorous or not but Tom Clancy's last book sorta foretold of this happening with Russia intervening in the Ukraine. Anyway I thought I would share. I'm a big Clancy fan and read this when it came out a few months ago and thought it was a good read.
