Wathed the channel 4 news at noon and they reported that Dallas PD and DPS helicopters chased several guys last night on bikes and ended up getting one of them and are looking for several others. I'm guessing they plan to up the ante this weekend. Bout time.

It wouldn't surprise me to see more police specifically patrolling the section of highway where it all took place. Possibly even a few parked on the side of the highway keeping watch out.

They could...would be a shame to put so many resources (money) against non-violent traffic offenses though.

DPD could make agreements to put an officer in each media helicopter so that they can communicate directly with ground units.

That could mean up to 5 helicopters to lock onto more individual riders and direct units to make arrests.

DPD also has an agreement with Fort Worth to share resources. FWPD has two helicopters, one could be loaned out to DPD for the day.

Watch the old news clips for location...it's always been in the same spot. The time won't be exact, but roughly that same time of day (late afternoon).

I'm going out there on a completely legit bike and while I may be doing a couple of wheelies and stoppies, I'm pretty sure the cops will have more aggressive riders to focus on, so I'm not worried in the least. Nor am I worried about the people who have made internet threads...you should read some of the comments on my Youtube vids, pretty funny shit.

Fuck a bunch of that...my bikes 100% legit, and so is my insurance and license. If the weather is nice....I'll ride my bike with no concerns. Any cop that pulls me over is wasting his and my time. I don't act a fool on the street anymore...thats what my DRZ and the dirt is for.
