Ha, no shit? Yeah, we're VERY close to Locarno ... almost bought ON Locarno. Shit's blown up crazy over here because of the school district - Moss Haven Elementary. The roof is decra bond, 50 year warranty, gave us a huge break on insurance. No changes to landscaping planned, previous owner has this shit on lock, mister stations on every single plant setup to go with the sprinklers. This whole house is out of control, we couldn't believe it when we saw it.
