My opinion is that they have mental illness issues. This man obviously didn't feel comfortable with himself (low selfesteem, depression, etc), but because it was labeled as a gender identity, it was ignored.
Why is it ok to treat someone who simply says "I'm depressed about life", but if they say "I'm depressed about my gender, i should be xxxxx", then the response is surgery?
