Considering he wants $8500 for the F150 (he's dropped it a grand), just imagine what he's asking for those Buicks. I love that GS though....

I think it will do quite well on Ebay or ebay classified. I know I would pay more for a Texas truck but in reality they are cheaper... FML

I've been procrastinating...I really kinda hate to sell it, but it's been doing a lot of sitting the past several months, and I no longer have a place to keep it inside...hail season is coming too.

Been wondering how it might do on Ebay...being a clean OBS southern truck and all.

Just turned 160K, kept inside most of it's life...it's had a new trans, clutch, flywheel, brakes, shocks, 4" exhaust, turbo reseal and new pedestal, 6 new tires, and a few other things. Truck has been maintained very well, and it needs absolutely nothing....I'd drive it anywhere without a second thought.

The only issue is that it has blue interior, but it is very clean blue interior...and never smoked in. The blue never bothered me, but I've had some people comment that it makes it look more dated. Bonus is that it will seat 6 people.

    I've kicked around what I want for it....thinking I'll start at $8500.

I figured you had already let that one go.

Our newspapers here don't have shit for vehicles. We used to have something called a trading post full of great buys... but once craigslist truly took off... that went away quick. That truck you sold Rreemo would have sold in a day for $5k. That straight as an arrow brown truck with no rust, needing paint correction for $1700, sold within 2 hours of being on CL. The guy said his phone was blowing up and I was on duty at the firestation.

My problem is here in Kansas trucks are way more $$ than down there in Texas. It's unreal the prices you guys get on vehicles and the quality is much better due to the climate. Here is an example. You can't find something like this that the rockers and cab corners aren't rusted out of
    http://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/cto/4356911861.html

I would love for someone to find me one. I asked in a previous post about small trucks due to the $$ the fullsize trucks cost here. 97-03 supercrew 4x4's with 150-200k miles sell for $12k

There has to be some good money to be made on buying texas trucks and selling them more north.

I'm in the long bed fan club. I think a short bed truck looks funny.
