Seems like the galaxy series is full of gimmicks and just the next big thing really.

Yup, that's what bloatware is, the shit you can't get rid of. The Nexus phones are 100% google, so you won't have any pre-installed apps from your carrier or phone maker, just google stuff.

It's all the shit the comes preloaded on the phone from the manufacturer or service provider that you never end up using. Could be games, trial apps, shit that just takes up space.

I'm using the LG Nexus 5 and love it. No bloatware, nice screen, battery that lasts an entire day or longer.

Ok, just left T-Mobile. Regardless it will be cheaper then Verizon. I'm looking at Galaxy phones and a waterproof Sony. Thoughts on decent phones compared to LG Spectrum which is what I'm rocking .

tmobile usually puts the costs of the device in your plan. or you can buy upfront as well.

I just switched from sprint to T-Mobile. So far so good. Sprint data speeds were getting really slow and inconsistent. I'm paying less for 2 phones and a table at T-Mobile than I was 2 phones at Sprint. Plus I like that if you pay off your phone, your bill drops.

I just made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile back in December and I'm don't plan on looking back at Verizon. Nothing but good things from T-Mob so far.

Buuuuuut I have a baby girl on the way soon and wife wants to quit working for a couple years. Now I'm trying to come up with ways to reduce my overhead. Any other advice on reducing it will be greatly appreciated.

I've already decided my $250 cable bill will either get reduced down to $50 for basic or dropped all together. My Verizon bill is also $250 a month. Tho I love the quality and service I'm gonna have to part ways.

I've been looking at T-Mobile vs metro pcs. Who's the resident expert on these two providers as far as pros and cons? Or should I look to sprint?

Right now I have two 4g phones with unlimited everything and my sons line for an extra $10 a month. Its just a cheap phone to carry at school for emergencies and checking in.

I'm gonna need the same and maybe even ad a line for my nephew who's living with me.

Sorry for the long read. I know crap on this shit seeing as I've been with Verizon since the first flip phone lol.

whatever you do, stay away from sprint. and congrats on the baby!
I have an ipad air lte, on tmobile and my note3 is on tmobile. I get great speeds pretty much wherever i'm at (normally garland/dallas/addison) area and my bills aren't too excessive but it might be cheaper on a family plan.
