Sybase guru's, question on a role

Anybody familiar with Sybase and what the navigator_role does? What specific function/priv's does it have? I can't find shit with Google, except it is used for the Navigator Server and should not be assigned to a user.
Trying tio find out why a user has it, but need more info before going to them/DBA on it.
