U571 is a good one, but Schinder's List that far down? I can't find of a movie that better demonstrates the reality of Nazi occupied Europe than that film.

2) Bridge Over the River Kwai
3) Empire of the Sun
4) The Pacific

what else we got? I think Kwai was a great rise and overcome movie.

Ah yeah, that's a good one. I have it in my library... not sure how I forgot that one. Excellent - and before Christian Bale became a douchebag!

Empire of the Sun is a really good movie, from a really unique perspective. It's just long as shit.
