Feel free to buy my P238. It needs a new home.Originally posted by MOSFET View PostM&P9 IWB 4 o'clock.

It's comfortable there for me, although I had to switch my wallet from right side to left back pocket to accommodate. The muzzle would pin the wallet and make it hard to retrieve.

Also pocket carry a .380 when dressed up for work, but I don't like it because the one I have is too bulky and REALLY prints if I don't wear pleated slacks. This is equipment issue and I need to get a different pistol and holster to make this more workable. Leaning towards an LCP to fill this role.

Mostly a matter of preference. You might try a few things before settling on something.

Great gun, Easy to find but very pricey.Originally posted by slowyellow View PostI carry a HK P7, great carry gun. Was actually designed for Concieled Carry. No protruding things to catch on clothing, except sights and those are rounded off. The mag release is a butt release. The slide catch is integrated into the hand guard. And the cocking mechanism and slide release is integrated into one. This gun is also called the "squeeze cocker". I carry it in a holster I got from a place out here in VA, and it's an inside the pant holster. Easily concielable with shorts and a t-shirt. ONLY drawback to it, is it's a 9MM But I don't care how tough you are, 8 9MM's to the chest and you probably aren't getting back up. Also it's kinda pricy and difficult to find.

 My CCW:
 One of these.

I plan to test a variety of guns just like I did when I purchased my Beretta 92A1. For now, i'm just internet researching. I'm reading good things about the CZ's and was impressed with the full size CZ 75 I shot previously. I've also been impressed shooting my wife's bro-in-law's Sig P226 stainless in .40, which is why i'm interested in the Sig 229 and 239 even though Sig's cost more. The only thing I don't like on the Springfield's is the grip safety. The grip safety feels odd in my palm when firing but maybe you get use to it over time.Originally posted by MOSFET View PostMostly a matter of preference.
