Drilling for taper pin?

So I've decided I want to make my carbine a dissipator type set up. Already have the taper pin hole for where the gas block is now since that's the way it came, just need the new hole drilled for where I'm moving the A2 front sight to. Also want to drill the low profile gas block so that I can utilize the existing hole and make sure the gas block is secure. Anyways, is there anyone reputable that could do this and for how much?
