I'd normally agree with you, but I had two orders with them. The first on January 4th that shipped on the 9th. The second order was placed on the 7th, and hasn't shipped yet. I'd say there's a layer of bullshit in the "in stock / back ordered / out of stock" status codes and they are just hiding that. The rush on buying shit was no worse on the 7th than it was on the 4th, and everything showed "in stock". Their attitude isn't helping my perception either. And while I appreciate them not raising prices like everyone else, I'd rather pay a few extra bucks for customer service next time and won't likely buy from them again until shit calms down and they can/will ship in a timely manner.

I emailed them at 7:00AM this morning, received a response within 5 minutes that my barrel is ready to ship today or tomorrow. I ordered this in December and much like ya'll, it showed 'In Stock'.
I would say they are about 2 months behind on shipping right now as the shipping confirmation just came to my email about 2 hours ago.

Been waiting over a month on my stripped barrel. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and received a response that basically said:
"bear with us, we are working on it. The current shipping and processing times are posted on the main page"

Nope, no ship confirmation and no response to my email asking for an update. They tapped my card when I placed the order(12/20/12) and then tapped it again on 01/31/13(the end of the 30 business days for me) but the money hasn't been taken.
I sent an email on 02/05 or 02/06 but have not received a response. It's really annoying seeing people who ordered weeks after you get their stuff weeks before I get mine. Especially when everything showed to be in stock when the order was placed.

Not yet, ordered a barrel from Red X beginning of Jan... a week from tomorrow is the 30 business day deadline they have on their website and I have a reminder set to email them if I don't have a ship notice.
