    Nope shot everything at 50 yds today. Elm Fork is a bit crazy about what they will allow on the 100 yd range, and that includes no 22 LR.

    Nikon makes quite a few rimfire scopes in 4X, 3-9X and 2-7X. I think they are a great value and a good fit for a 10/22. I can barely pry the darn thing away from my wife these days. She wants to put a can on it and get rid of a bunch of squirrels (rats with bushy tails).
    After shooting this scope today I can recommend it without hesitation for the 10/22. It's awesome. On a stock 10/22 I can shoot 1" groups with it easily. It such a nice scope I was using it as a spotting scope for sighting in my prismatics and 1-4 too. For the money, and a budget 10/22 build, this is a great scope.

    Jose that's the mechanism that holds the bolt back, the little rocker next to the trigger guard. Removing that small bump prevents it from being locked when bolt is slid back. When you take the gun apart to add the mag release I believe this is one of the parts held in by one of the roll pins you take out.
