I like a stock carry piece. Imo, messing with it out of manufacturer specs means a higher probability to jam/mess up (Springfield/Glock and whoever else has a whole team of engineers that make sure their design is optimal, while X aftermarket company may have two guys who make sure the pull is lighter and then sell it). Second, if you shoot someone with a customized gun, the prosecutor will make it looke like you shot Trayvon with an evil souped up murderizer.
If you want stock, compact, and reliable, then get a damn wheel gun.
Between all those for sell AND SA dropping the price $100 I'm stuck with this thing. I'll do the spring kit and if it still sucks take the loss and move on.

Full size M&P 9 has an Apex FSS trigger kit. As far as prosecution goes. If I had to shoot someone it's because I HAD TO shoot someone. If I make it to court that means I'm alive, and I would assume a made the only choice and a trigger job wouldn't sway the jury's opinion.
Edit. Sights will come soon. I'm gonna have the gun stippled by Sweaty Muddy Bloody, and maybe slide serrations done by Atei. Maybe I'll even get it cerakoted.
Sights/stipple for sure. Jury is still out on the rest.
Save the money and stipple it yourself. I did all my own pmags and they came out great.
