I find it hard to believe if she did not plan it that a jury would convict her of 1st degree robbery and murder.

Mastermind or not, the charges will stick. That said, I am willing to bet there will be a plea deal.

She was supposedly the master mind of the entire thing, so it's likely the charges will stick.

I just hope the young man isn't hard on himself. He had to do it, but taking a life can be an emotional drain.
But as they say, better to be alive with regret than dead..

She, or anyone involved in the commission of a felony, to which someone is killed (victim or perp) can be charged with murder. Happens all the time to folks at the wrong place/wrong time. This should be stressed to yer chirdrens, ignorant young folks get caught in shit like this on the regular, hanging with the wrong folks.

Planned robbery. Accessory before the fact. Probably get downgraded however, but liable.

They can charge her for anything and everything. The question is will it stick...

I believe they can charge the deaths of their accomplices on surviving accomplices.Originally posted by SS Junk View PostMe neither, but I can't see any jury convicting her of murder when she didn't kill anyone especially with intent. She's not responsible for the three going into the house and dying. It's also possible her attorney could argue that she had no idea what the motive of the three were. Not saying she didn't know, but it surely can be contested.

They will stick. They could even charge her with capital murder if they felt like it. OK has the same law as TX for this type of thing.Originally posted by SS Junk View PostDoubt the murder charges will stick and would bet the 1st degree burglary charges will be reduced. Depending on priors I highly doubt she'll do any real time.
