It's refreshing to see new thread bashers step up to the plate against rampant dumbassery.

Perhaps you could stare down the guys that are derailing it? That ought to get it back on topic.

Lol no kidding. The only efficiency I can see him justifying is rolling resistance which has zero to do with wind resistance at the tire level.

I make 2k a summer. Bought an f-150 from a relative, sold it, bought my car with cash. Not hard.

I worked my ass off in high school and could barely buy myself a hamburger from McDonalds. This thread has derailed so much anyways now I've lost my train of thought. I highly doubt you're gonna tell that guy anything. We all know here on the board that your out hot rodding your car...obviously by your sig pic...so don't go freaking out when another kid you go to school with is doing the same thing you are doing!

Yes, and in your panty wadded haste you jumped on tire aerodynamics. I would have gone with friction, but I like your idea more!

Did you know vehicles also have "weight"? God this is inciteful and exciting! You should teach me physics more often.

at 16 you can own cars and have your own insurance policies, your parents are doing it wrong from a liability stand point.

Some brilliant physicist said it was a more accurate way to get your vehicle's top speed. Just make sure you bring your most aerodynamic tires! Get the ones with the golf ball texture.
