If you agree something other than a gun should be used then why are you arguing against my point of NOT using a gun. Animal control actually came to my house because they said there was a report that my dog was 'jumping up high on the fence'. They came out one day because someone was scared of my wife's pot-bellied pig that was sleeping in the yard, even though he is harmless and our yard fully fenced. They told us that they have to respond to every call no matter how silly. It might be just in our city though.

Also, I was referring to the fact that the guy "warned" them, as it does sound like a threat to me also.
