Thing is, you gotta know what coins you have and what grade they have..... if i remember right it starts at 0 (horrible) and goes to 70(excellent) the money is when the coin is graded between 64ish-70ish... those are big money, but of course that depends on the coin and the year it was minted.

If you feel you should do something, send a certified letter to your sister saying that you don't appreciate how she handled things with you, that she owes you #### dollars, and that if she doesn't have the money to you by a certain date that you're going to sell the stuff and keep the money. That way you gave her a chance to get her stuff and pay you. If she doesn't do it, then you tried to help her.

Are you kidding me?!?! Go to a coin shop and get 50% value at best. Ebay is the way to go. I could sell coins on there more than I would care to buy them.

Kim, shoot me an inventory of all of it. She needs to pay you back one way or another. I can try my best to help you figure out what to expect from most, if not all of them.

Sell it and make your money back. It's not like storing that shit was free.

Wait for the next Ft. Worth gun show and take it there, you'll always find coin collectors at gun shows.

semi-precious stones mined from Alaska, and a shit ton of OLD coins ranging from late 1800's through the mid 60's

there's other stuff too, but I feel the silver coins could bring in some buck since silver is up so high right now.

It's OBVIOUS she doesn't want anything that was given to her daughter, her and her husband. I've donated most of the girl things since I just don't feel right selling donated items. The rest of the girl stuff will be taken to goodwill this weekend.

    My question :

I found a small suitcase that has a coin collection in it that belongs to that bitch's husband. I want to try to ebay the collection and my mom is flipping out about how it's not right for me to sell something that isn't mine blah blah blah.

I TRULY feel that if they wanted it, they A) should've taken it with or B) should've sent for it by now.

Do I have a right to sell this shit that I've been left holding?
Possession is 9/10ths of the law. In this case, it's 100% yours. She owes you money and decided to bail. Turn it into cash if you want.
