Yep. More "not our problem" mentality from school boards. If anyone speaks at anything above a whisper or looks at another child directly for more than two seconds, lock their criminal asses up and throw away the key! It's a school full of kids that will do school-aged kid things. It's not some hippie love garden where each child is a precious genius that should be tended to delicately and should bloom like a beautiful flower.
