The bus post is tantamount to someone posting "god bless." in each of their posts to all the non-believers.
That's a stretch. Promoting your own religion is not the same as attacking others. Saying God Bless may offend you, but it isn't directed at you negatively. Why would you be bothered that ELVIS may want his God to bless you anyway? If he did bless you you would call it a stroke of luck and be excited you got whatever it was anyway, right?
This is the problem with the America. People think because they are offended that their rights have been violated. Wrong! If they were killing you for worshiping your god that would be violating your rights. Expressing an opposing view is not.
I am a Christian, and no I don't like the buses, but the atheists have every right to believe what they want and I support that just as much as I support my own. Like the First Methodist pastor said, If anything their name could be considered insulting by it's insinuation, but it doesn't bother me because I see it as a reaction to extremist Christians (ect), not really an attack on me personally. (Anybody that knows me would agree im not anything that could be described as extreme)
If you're attacking religions, it'd probably have to be more subtle.
Like "I'm Christian and have no clue how to make a bomb."
"I'm a Christian and I don't fuck goats"
But seriously, Allah sucks ass. And I don't care what atheists or anyone else does as long as they don't think they "have it all figured out". Fact is none of us do and it is only our own arrogance that lets us think otherwise.
How could anyone believe that they understand a Supreme being that supposedly cares about humans but lets children starve to death every day? To me the idea that anyone can reason that out is pretty funny.

God Bless.
It's an ad people. Who cares? While the majority in America proclaim Christianity it isn't 100% participation in the States nor is it state or federally mandated you worship God.
I'm comfortable in my Christianity and really that's all that matters.
I can't wait to see someone tag the busses with that ad so that it reads, “Millions of Americans are Good Without God, but millions and millions of people around the world are better with Him!”
As for me, I consider myself agnostic. I think the idea of atheism is just as arrogant as some christians (I said some, not all). It seems like these guys are trying to force their belief down other's throats just as much as those they complain about. I don't necessarily believe in god but don't attempt to tear others down for it either.
I think alot of people view opposing religions as a threat. I could easily do what a lot of non believers do and claim these bus ads are "cramming" atheism down my throat. Instead I will just pray for them that they may one day realize there is a supreme being.
These ads are shoving nothing down everyone's throat.
