I am curious about the Arbys meat though..What is it? Just a bunch of fillers and Mechanically separated Beef?

A few, and I mean few small chunks of beef, seasoned beef broth, with several powdered fillers to make a thicker slurry, frozen, then cooked in an oven. I know the broth, fillers, and small chunks part is true. I'm guessing on the frozen part.

More to it than that. It's more about what goes in it. And the fact that they call it "beef", when it arrives to the stores in chubbs as a liquid.

Fibramix/fibrimex. My buddy works for one of the largest beef processors in North America. It's scraps and trimmings, literally, glued together to resemble a filet/tenderloin. I don't even want to know what the "bacon" is.

edit: HEB sells pretty good meat so you may be good to go..Its the ones you see in the hard plastic case that you can usually buy for 2-3$
