On a side note, why would someone need 20 accounts?
I was at BofA earlier today getting a cashiers check and overheard someone mentioned they had 20 accounts.

I've been with Chase for 5 years or so after BofA pissed me off. Can't say I have any complaints, the one time they charged me a fee I spoke with a banker and it was corrected that day. I get pretty good rewards off of their credit card too and just pay it off every couple of weeks.

I've been with Wells Fargo for over 10yrs w/ no real complaints.
But who the hell uses a debit card?
use it as a credit card and enjoy reward points and buyer protection

Another here for USAA. The few problems I have had they have resolved pretty quickly. Plus it is awesome having everything from my house loan, to bank accounts, to auto loan, to car insurance under one company.

Have never had a single fee ever at First Command Bank. Home is in Ft Worth, too. Refunded ATM frees up to $15 a month, free checks. Hell, I don't know what banks usually charge for, so I cant tell you what I get free specifically because it's everything.
