Marriage is tricky and no one has a crystal ball to see how it'll end.

Bi Polar is a hell of a disease. 1st off, the drugs do work. It just takes time to get the patient regulated or to find the right cocktail sort of speak. To get the patient to actually take the drugs as prescribed is the bitch in itself. But they do work.

OP, don't hire a lawyer if you can avoid it. Complete waste of money, especially since you don't have kids.
Not entirely true. I HAD to have a lawyer for the simple tool of a mouthpiece.

My ex and I could no longer communicate. Any attempt to do so was getting closer and closer to me snapping. She recognized this and would slap me in hopes of setting me off. I knew that if I did, it was gonna be bad. The kind of bad that can only be played off with an insanity plea.

This ex of mine set the judge off on a short tirade. She, the judge, quickly gained her composure and just shut her up and settled the divorce.

FWIW, my ex was also prescribed cymbalta at one point. However, she was also heavy into pills. The two wound up frying her noodle to the point of getting her two DWI's within 6 months, criminal trespassing, theft of property, and 9 violations of probation for her DWI's. She is finally resting comfy in county jail.
I have my solace and life is even better than I have made it since my divorce.

It gets better, man. I promise.

It's usually the guys that are always cracking gay jokes that you can find with a cock in their mouth on some idle Tuesday.

In the end it means nothing. At best he could use it for psychological warfare, and hope that she is too stupid to know otherwise. I'd concentrate in other areas, and his number one priority should be distribution of wealth and debt. Make your moves without waiting and be ruthless. Make no mistake that you are engaging in warfare.

"All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him."

If a person is bi-polar should they be able to overcome the chemical imbalance without the assistance of medication? Are they too weak if they are unable to do so? True depression is a real condition and unless you can get them out of it to see the light at the end of the tunnel or think more rationally, their actions may be more detrimental to themselves and others.

Second, Texas is a no-fault state. It doesn't matter if he has video of her fucking the guy on his own kitchen counter-it's not going to change the outcome of the case.

I love when people spew shit out of their mouths as if they are an expert on every situation, but yet have no idea what they're talking about.

To the OP, I hate to hear stories like this, but trust me, it could be so much worse. I keep waiting for Jerry Springer to call and invite me to his show...
