I have a feeling it's going to be a home based business and they have hundreds of employees and probably won't be able to help you.

It's not as far as I know. There are a couple of techs in the DFW area if my memory serves correctly. Granted its been 6 years or more since I've dealt with them. Richard was the tech that always serviced our station, but again I'm sure he has moved on. However, depending on the area of the metroplex, I may be able to get the OP some info.

Did it look like this? Worldwide is a company that maintains, installs, etc smog equipment for inspection stations. A white Tacoma could definitely be one of their fleet trucks. I can get you some phone numbers for the local guys if needed.
