Sounds like a ridiculous idea to me. There is no way in Hell that they will be able to filter the false accusations. Id be willing to bet that better than 90% of the, "flaggs" would be false. If I managed to catch someone clicking a photo of my plate, I'd get his & flag him as well. Then I'd send it to all my friends so they could flag the SOB.

You can send it to the dmv but I don't see how they could do anything with it. You can't prove anything. There will be more false reports then honest reports.
