So answer this for me Frost. Let say you are in a strange neighbor hood one day and you have no GPS signal and have no clue how to get out. Now lets say you walk up to someones house to simply ask for directions and out of no where a dog comes flying up on you snarling, barking, and ready to bite. In this situation we will say you have a CHL and are packing a little heat. So you unload on the dog and kill it. Tell me frost what crime do you believe has been committed?

There are many laws against people just letting their animals run loose and there is good reason for it. To many people get seriously injured or killed by dogs every year.
