    This place has been recommended to me a few times. I have taken a 2 birds there and the people seemed to be very knowledgeable.

    That's an adult red tail hawk. He is obviouslyinjure if he won't fly off. He needs help. Call the Outdoor learning center in Plano or the Herd Museum in McKinney. Animal control in McKinney can get you in touch with the Herd people after hours.

    I'd rather spend my time on a hunting dog over a falcon. But falcons are so damn cool. What a predicament. If I cut down his tail and beak do I have to file a form 1 for a SBR (short beaked raptor)?
