How am I whining? All I said is this place is full of assholes but it's been like that for the past 8 1/2 years I've been on here. I wouldn't pay for a membership on this site if I hated it so much. I love this site. Just can't stand some of the members on here but I try to avoid them. Some times I can, most of the time I can't.

Here's the deal. I don't want this to sound like I'm bashing on Steve, because I'm not. But Steve is like the kid that got picked on (read, usually becomes a police officer later in life), and takes out his childhood on anyone and everyone that he is in a position of authority over. He's made it well known he was picked on as a kid. That's why he's just not suitable as "management" material. He gets offended, or his feelings hurt, waaaaaay too easily, and is waaaaaay too sensitive. He is completely incapable of leaving emotion out of his online interactions. There is nothing wrong with any of that, you just don't want someone like that in a position of power. The fact that he is over there tooting his own horn (I haven't visted the new site, just going by what is posted here), about how he never lets anything get to him, should concern you. You've been around long enough to know that's a blatant lie, unless you haven't been paying attention. Sure, he may conduct himself differently in person, and I'll add that holds true from the whopping one time I've been around him in person. But we aren't talking about moderating face to face interaction here. Mark my words. His mod status will be revoked with a quickness. I'll let someone else set the over/under.


I'll explain what is funny about all this, as well. Two of the boards most picked on members, that constantly piss and moan about unfair treatment, and how this board is going downhill are two of the most consistently picked on members, and the butt of hundreds of thousands of jokes. THAT's what is funny. You must think everyone here is fucking stupid. Most of us see this, as exactly what it is. A chance for you two to have a new start, where (hopefully) nobody will make fun of you, every time you post. You think you're fooling people by making other excuses, but you aren't. My father told me something as a young child, that still holds true in every aspect of life. "Son, you've got to be smarter than what you're working with." To put it bluntly, you're not.

I'm not bashing either one of you. I quit messing with you both, several months ago. But I have to admit, this thread has me laughing my ass off.
