The diet is what makes you lose the weight, the shit is supposed to help you maintain muscle mass via testosterone while the 'protocol' is to lower your caloric intake by 80% ( 500 calorie days ). Its fucking placebo, anyone would lose weight eating nothing but protein in very low amounts. Atkins or other low carb diets are a far better alternative.

HCG is not a fix, it doesn't do shit.
Completely false, except for pissing in a vial.

It's a regulated substance that can wreak havok on his wife's metabolism if not used properly, and can land him in jail if the feds do a controlled delivery without a prescription.

HCG, like HGH, works for a reason, and is dangerous if abused.

I know a lot of people who have lost weight from the "natural" HCG and the RX. There is definitively a difference as most people hit a plateau on the natural kind while the RX usually blow right past it. My wife's pharmacy sells both and as mentioned before, it only works if you stick to the diet which in my mind is insane. It does help you kick start a diet though.

The diet does work if you hold onto eating better and let your body reset it's metabolism.

I weighed 238 when I went on the diet. I float around 205 - 210 depending on how hard I work during the week. So, at my lowest, I lost 33 pounds. This was 2 years ago.

It does. It is very hard to stick to though.

I assume if you eat that low amount of calories you're going to lose something shot or not. I've haven't done it personally, because I've had success with other things. The neighbor lost about 20 pounds, but gained it all back, because she couldn't stick to the diet.

Yep. That is where my neighbor was getting it. There is also a MedSpa thing off Bryant Irvin that specializes in all of that jazz.

My wife lost 28 lbs doing it last year, not sure If it was her diet or those shots but she is determined to do it again.
