I had WildBlue hooked up at the deer lease for the wife. This way she would make the trip more often. It never was the bomb or nothing, but then about 6 months ago, it pretty much quit working. Sometimes it will work early in the morning or late in the evening. So I go through the automated fix with no results. Then I call them to try getting out a service tec after trouble shooting over the phone. So every time I know that I'm going to be there, I'll call them up and ask if they can have a service guy come out fri, sat or sunday. For monthe they can not make it. I called again yesterday to let them know that I'll be there this weekend. The guy informs me that I will have to be there so they cam perform a trouble shoot over the phone. I informed him that we had already dont that in July. He says that that was too long ago and that it has to be done again. Ok...I call early in the morning and then you can send someone out that afternoon? Nope, it will prolly be 2 weeks. WTF, let me speak to someone else. The "boss" gets on the phone and already has a attitude. We get into it and I get no where with this bitch and she fucking hangs up on my ass.

Not only have I been out of service for 6+ months, but now I have to play games because Mis Bitch wants to play? I call costomer cervice with a rep that really wants to help, but I guess Mis Bitch informs him the way its gonna be.
