    From an alcohol/driving/DUI standpoint, do you mean there should be another way for a possible DUI to be observed and stopped other than how it's being done now, or is this from a sobriety check point of view?

    I dunno. I am for it when that "personal responsibility" ends up in my lane while I'm on my bike, or the thousands of other scenarios that go along with those who are oblivious and fully believe texting is far more important than driving. Why can't people be responsible by showing a little common courtesy instead of adding to the inattentive statistic. It's like reprimanding a child. After they are told not to do stupid shit with something and they keep doing it, eventually it has to be taken away.

    Perfect! We need enforcement of current laws a lot more than new laws that serve only to restrict freedom and diminish peoples sense of personal responsibility
