To add to this point I just got out of pizza hut in the UK and my bill just came to £22.35 with a 20p donation to feed a child in some 3rd world fuckhole. I told them to take off the optional yet forced donation on your bill and paid the £22.15 because the waitress thought she had the right to fuck off and talk to her boyfriend all that time and completely ignore us and the table next to us. It was over 15 minutes of no service = NO FUCKING TIP. All I had was my drinks offered and then some indian guy came and delivered the pizza. After that no other known contact with my waitress and while my girlfriend was trying to flag her down, I told her to stop trying and then mentioned this is one of those NO tip scenarios. She agreed we paid exact bill and left and donation.
