I'm bound by the Prudent Investor Rule which states that I have to know your Objectives & Constraints to judge the suitability of any investment recommendation. I then have to judge the risk / return profile of said investment in the context of your entire portfolio, taking into consideration portfolio standard deviation and correlations.

That being said - buy railroad cars you can lease back to the railroad companies!
