Flipping off a police officer while absolutely legal is a great way to find yourself being stopped for possible window tint too dark, tire tread depth measurement, exhaust decibel test, catalytic converter inspection...and any number of other POSSIBLE tests...at the very least...a lengthy delay to your destination. Very likely that every officer in that department will probably be informed to pay special attention to said vehicle when observed to make sure its driver is driving it to the exact letter of the law.......in general...its really a stupid fucking idea

What's funny about this law, is if u were to fart or make a "noxious" odor, that counts too! Being flipped off is hilarious though. Jason's right about just waving with a smile!

Man I can not tell you how many times I got flipped off in Lancaster. I would just wave and smile. I mean really who cares? You can even cuss a cop if you so choose, however some cities have ordinances against swearing in public. Not sure if one of these have been ever challenged in higher courts though.
