The boy does have some energy. He has been doing air raids for 2 hours now. I would like to enroll him into baseball or maybe football, but I don't want him to feel like I'm rewarding him for being bad.

I hate to say it, but maybe see if you can get him to speak with the school counsler. Most kids dont want to talk their problems with their parents.

No there is nothing going on in his life out of the ordinary. I also have a 10 year old girl and she is always good. Take tonight for instance he snuck into my daughters room and took her Nintendo DS(he does this all the time and gets im trouble).He has one and we took it away and told him when he decides to behave again we would give it back. He has been acting this way for a few months.

I can't think of anything besides what you have done. Make him do nothing but schoolwork and chores, dinner, bed. Everyday!!

My son is 9 and he is constantly getting into trouble at school and at home. Mainly not listening and trying to do what he wants. We have talked to him to see what his problem is and he just has some smart ass response or wont say anything. We have taken away video games, then his satellite, toys, grounding and tried spankings but that didn't work for either one of us. He is now outside doing air raids. We have found that he really hates those, but he continues to do the same things.Anybody got any suggestions?
