need altenator wiring diagram

I put a 99 5.4 2v in my 60 F100. I am running the Edelbrock carb intake and the MSD 6 MOD ign. The truck runs and drives great but I need to know what the wires on the alt are. I know the red BATT wire goes to the battery but am lost on the little plug with the 2 wires in it and if I need them connected to something for the alt to charge. I would assume one went to the dummy light but need to onow if someone else has ran the 5.4 or 4.6 in a hot rod and how the wired in the alt....
ANY help would be great!
