Yes, if you read back earlier in the thread....I contacted him about the flat tire once I discovered it was being caused by a badly leaking wheel. He played ignorant to the whole thing, basically said "well it had air when it left here, and they've just been stacked up in my garage". No offers to help make it right or anything like that. I seriously doubt that wheel just suddenly started leaking in 6-8 places just from riding in the back of my friend's Yukon. More likely that he aired it up just before Randy picked them up. After-all, the reason for the leak was b/c that loose sensor and valve stem chipped away a bunch of the sealant on the wheel...where it all goes together.

I haven't contacted him again since I discovered the mess inside that wheel....b/c I don't expect he will do anything anyway. I KNOW there was no way that sensor was working for him either, so that further proves the dishonesty to me. Bottom line, after paying that much for a set of wheels....I shouldn't have to be calling back and bitching....he knew the shit had issues and misrepresented it! That part is a given, and more-so the point of this thread.

THIS is why I've let mine be up until now...

My wheels are pretty much flawless and I don't want them to get scratched having the tires dismounted/remounted..

From the salvage to fixed cars he puts up and his ties with that other dude, I would never do business with him ever. He has shady written all over him.

O'Reilly's also sells them also, fyi. Just good luck getting someone who knows what you're talking about.

The bitch is worrying about screwing up a wheel with all the extra dismount and remount. I know you've got a similar setup....so you know how much of a bitch these size tires tend to be.
I'm never happy about getting tires swapped. Hell, I was going nuts thinking about the dipsticks at Discount messing up a wheel and completely missed them tossing a jack under the rocker and fucking up my Boss 302 exhaust.

TPMS sensors have gone way down in the past year or so: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-OEM-FORD...997c38&vxp=mtr

I care where it is and so does Reemo. I'm sure he does because the wheels and tires were around 3.5k. My TPMS system has already saved me some money more then once. I got in my car and it was on when I started it up, I checked my W&T's and sure enough I had a real low tire. I changed my tire right then and there, but if not I would have been on a hwy and would have been changing a flat in a dangerous situation or fucked up the tire and rim.
