He may have gotten my phone number from her and may have even known the name of the business I work for, but neither he nor she knew the address of where I worked nor my home address (he hasnt shown up there that I know of, but in a voicemail said he would) and neither of them knew my ex wife's employment for sure as she just started there recently.

He hasnt come out and said he would hurt me or anything like that as far as threatening. But he did say things like you dont want me showing up at your house, etc... and i have multiple times told him to not contact me ever again... then he did, and has taken it to the next level of contacting my ex wife. Who knows who he may go to next...

You have plenty to go on. If you really want this to stop, call IAD/Professional Standards at his dept. Whether you and she did/didn't rub nasty bits, you've got a case.

On the other hand, if he's a nut-job, he might not have anything left to lose if he gets fired/arrested. A man with nothing left to lose can be a problem.

i told him the same thing, you should be confronting your wife, not me. I was nice enough to tell him everything and he still keeps going and going.

and i know this all sounds childish, im really not trying to stir things up. Im not rubbing it in his face that his wife is like this or whatever... Ive just simply told him, nothing happened and hes lucky it was me and not someone else and to leave me alone.

at the end of the day, i could really care less. but i just dont want some crazy dude showing up at my house with my kids there. Or showing up at my place of employment causing a scene. So im just curious what my options are. I told him I was filing a restraining order, but other than that. Im not really even sure there is anything I can do.
