    The first one had Tesla execs contacting the owner directly.

    They know that the perception of safety will make or break their entire industry - not just the company. All stops get pulled out at that point.

    I've had a recurring design flaw in my sable. It seems the car ceases to operate every 300-350 miles and must be towed to a gas station. My tow guy assures me it's normal.
