You've never been given the benefit of the doubt, in any situation, for any reason? If you have, you're a hypocrite. There has been exactly NO information that would lead anyone to believe otherwise. She claims she didn't know she was illegal. I seriously doubt she would be parading around as a VERY public police spokesperson if her citizenship status was in question. Her brother didn't know he was illegal until he applied for a passport, which is how this all became public anyways, and how it was brought to anyone's attention. You show me evidence to the contrary and I'll gladly say I was wrong. Or is this an "innocent until proven guilty" with selective application?

Do you mean by law enforcement, pertaining to any questioning about possible illegal acts in which they suspect I may have committed? No, I have never had law enforcement just take my word as gospel when they believe that I have committed an infraction. And in turn, if I have meaningful suspicion that someone is lying to me, I don't generally believe them if they are stating something that is contrary to what proof is at hand, or something that is so outlandish that it would be hard to believe.

This woman has been trained as an officer of the law, she has been parading around with a stolen or falsified birth certificate and a stolen or falsified Social Security number, to believe that she has not once been tipped off that her documentation is FALSE is outragious. I don't care if she is Jesus H. Christ, she is a criminal. Even if she was somehow ignorant of herself being in the US criminally, ignorance is no excuse. If I am committing a criminal act, law enforcement doesn't cut me any slack, she should not be subjected to special treatment.

I actually wish the powers to be would install the vBulletin mod that allows for Threads stared by people on your ignore list to also be hidden from your view.

I must say, I did not realize you were this stupid. This is proof positive even though you claim to put members on your ignore list you are still interested in what they post.
